There’s a high chance you’re swamped in Data of all forms – Personal Data, Machine Data, and
Business Data. The universal truth is, its everywhere. But so is the potential for turning it into
revenue-producing action. How do you make that happen? The rigor of the ISME Postgraduate
Program in Research and Business Analytics (PGDRBA) program prepares students for careers
that apply and manage modern data science to solve critical business challenges. This program
will help you look at data and identify insights, improve your ability to make predictions for the
long-term, and prescribe future actions that help make better business decisions.
The program is organized across three core pillars: Analytics, Business, and Design Thinking.
The combination of business and computational science equips and prepares you for jobs of the future at the interface of data science and entrepreneurship.
Electives allow you to specialize in your own area of interest, either more on IT, computational science, financial analytics, marketing analytics, Data Science or on Entrepreneurship and Business.
The backbone of the program is the experiential learning pedagogy which is more learner centric than facilitator centric. You learn to apply data-driven methods as part of the course work.
You will not only learn about analytics and business, but also develop soft skills and key skills of the future like working in a team to exploring your creative-self.
The industry will be actively involved in curriculum design, teaching, assignments, and initiating a dialogue across all domains and functions of work.
