Instagram-friendly foreign bites like waffles, churros, and popsicles are changing the way millennials snack in India. This emerging culture is fuelled by two young entrepreneurs – Miti Jain and Somi Jain, who decided to convert their love for baking and desserts into a flourishing venture, Toro Churros
The idea to open her own company in the F&B space had always been Miti’s dream but she could not find the right market opportunity.
It was during this phase that Miti joined ISME’s postgraduate program. With an entrepreneurial mind from the start, Miti received mentoring for her start-up venture.
The store encapsulates the brands red, white and black theme with quirky art prints that add pops of charm to the décor. The café offers a range of delicious, 100% vegetarian churros that people of all ages can relish.
With the potential of growing into a large franchise business, Toro Churro is the talk of the town. People want more and more of it and in just a few months it has proven to be a success. After capturing so many hearts in Mumbai, Torro Churro is heading to Hyderabad where they will open a new store in March 2019.
